So you think Triathlon is only for the "super fit".

Always thought sport was not for "normal" people
.

Well why not read about how "normal" people can become "super fit" and have a good time doing it!

Medical issue: Type 1 Insulin Dependant Diabetic

Gary BlakieWhat has Ryton Tri done for me? , I feel great, Not only did it improve my condition dramatically but it changed the way I thought of diabetes, nolonger do I see myself as disadvantage, without Diabetes and Ryton Tri I wouldn't be the same inspired, 'never say die' individual, determined to overcome any problem and kick diabetes into submission.  When Diabetes has caused problems it just makes me try twice as hard, finding new ways and proving to myself second time round that theres no way Diabetes is going to stop me.  It's an advantage and I can't wait to race and show everyone just what a Diabetic can do!
