Thank you for your interest in Ryton Tri Club. We pride ourselves on being a friendly and welcoming club and try to cater to all abilities. Possibly the best way to get involved and give it a try is to turn up to one of our club swimming sessions. Just go along and introduce yourself to one of our coaches at the pool. We are happy for new people to try a few sessions before making the decision whether to join Ryton Tri. Below is a list of other training opportunities, which you may wish to take advantage of. If your interest is in individual one-to-one coaching, you can approach any of our Level 3 coaches (refer to our list of coaches) for further information and costs.
